Is organized and consistent with follow-ups
Has experience working with CRM systems (a plus)

As an Appointment Setter, your responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for our students. You’ll connect with them, provide the right information, and qualify them so they can be handed over to our closers with full context.
You’ll be responsible for:

Building rapport quickly and naturally with students.
Consistently following up to ensure no lead is missed.
Collecting and updating accurate information in our CRM system.
Supporting students and the team with honesty, care, and professionalism.
Additionally, at Risq Academy, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, demonstrate initiative, and create value for the company, our students, and yourself.
