We're looking for someone who's willing to work hard, create authentic and impactful content, has a strong eagerness to learn, and naturally understands visual storytelling.

Additionally, you preferably already possess the following skills or qualities:

  • Video editing experience - You have a portfolio with YouTube videos or long-form content, preferably documentary or educational style.

  • Knowledge of Islam - You're Muslim or have deep respect for Islamic content and feel comfortable working on dawah material.

  • Understanding of YouTube mechanics - You know what drives retention, how pacing affects watch time, and how to optimize videos for the algorithm.

  • Technical proficiency - You're skilled in editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Storytelling through visuals - You understand how b-roll, graphics, and music elevate a narrative rather than distract from it.

  • Attention to detail - You catch audio issues, color inconsistencies, and visual glitches before they go live.

  • Versatility - You're comfortable editing both faith-based content and business/entrepreneurship content.

  • Sound design and music - You select appropriate background music, manage audio levels, and ensure the viewing experience is professional and immersive.

I'm Lorenzo, a Dutch revert to Islam based in Dubai. Two years ago, I embraced Islam. I'm driven by two missions: sharing the beauty of this faith with people who might never otherwise engage with it, and helping Muslims build successful halal businesses.

My background as a white Dutch revert gives me a unique perspective - I understand the skepticism, the misconceptions, and the barriers that prevent many Westerners from truly learning about Islam. That's exactly why I create content on my main channel: to break down those walls, challenge stereotypes, and present Islam in a way that resonates with non-Muslim audiences.

On my secondary channel, I focus on entrepreneurship and halal business-building, sharing my expertise in 6 years of entrepreneurship, doing over 8-figures in revenue and helping Muslims create wealth in ways that align with their faith.

Both channels share a common goal: to provide authentic, impactful content that changes lives.
